Migration Sprint Retrospectives
To understand migration progress and key learnings, we hold Sprint Retrospectives at the end of the Sprint execution phase. The aim of these sessions are to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and agree improvements for future cycles.
The audience for these retrospective sessions is active Suppliers, Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) and Central Parties but material and key learnings will be shared via the Migration Working Group (MWG).
