Supplier Support Hub

The Supplier Support Hub was launched on the Programme Collaboration Base in August 2026. 

It originally contained useful information on the journey through Qualification, Service Activation, Migration, and into Milestone 16 (M16).

However, with the achievement of Milestone 14 (M14) the Qualification and Service Activation aspects have been archived from the Programme Collaboration Base (you can still find them in the Archived Workstreams section) and the Hub contains sections on Migration Readiness, Migration Initial Learnings Explored (MILE) and Milestones Explained. 

Within the MILE page you can find top tips on readiness for Day 1 migration, post day 1 migration and on what to look out for and consider if you are scheduled to migrate Complex Sites. 

Over the coming months the Hub will further evolve as the last few Suppliers begin their migeations and the readiness aspect will no longer be required. The Hub will the naturally split into an M15 and M16 focus. Keep a watch out for more helpful content as you complete your journery through MHHS.
