Programme Plan & Complementary Documents

Latest Programme Plan

Following Ofgem’s approval of CR055: Amendments to M10 and Corresponding Milestones on Friday 29 November 2024, version 6.13 of the Programme Plan published on 27 November 2024 became the baselined Programme Plan. Programme RAG statuses will be set against these baseline dates and will be used for reporting.

You can view version 6.13, and previous versions of the Programme Plan, Outline Plan and Milestone Register on the Previous Iterations of Planning Documents page of this website.

As the Programme Plan is a live document, used daily on the Programme and by participants, the Programme will continue to uplift and publish an updated version of the Plan on a fortnightly basis.

On Wednesday 15 January 2025, the Programme published an uplifted version (v6.16) of the:

MHHS Programme Plan (Microsoft Project)

MHHS Outline Plan (Excel)

MHHS Milestone Register

Please refer to column  'M/S Change Status' in the Microsoft Project file to see where new activity has been added, or existing activity has been amended or updated.

The Programme will publish version 6.17 of the planning documents on Wednesday 29 January 2025
