Programme Plan & Complementary Documents

September 2024 CR055 Programme Plan (v6.0) Documents

The Programme have uploaded v6.0 of the MHHS Programme Plan (Microsoft Project), Milestone Register, and Outline Plan (Excel) which has incorporated the forecast dates as set out in CR055 (Amendments to M10 and corresponding milestones). This plan is not yet final, but should be used by Participants when completing their CR055 Impact Assessment. Feedback received from the Impact Assessments will be reviewed and incorporated as appropriate into version 6.x and shared with Ofgem as part of the recommended Change Request decision.

If CR055 is recommended for approval by PSG to Ofgem, the MHHS Programme Plan6.x will then be used for all reporting until a final decision is received from Ofgem.

Once a CR055 decision has been made by Ofgem, and the Programme Plan has been confirmed, the Programme team will update the Implementation Approach to align.

All required documentation can be below:

August 2024 Update: Interim Programme Plan on a Page (PoaP)

The Programme is currently reviewing the  Systems Integration Testing (SIT) activity and timeline implications on Milestone 10 (M10) and other milestones. This review includes engaging with SIT Cohorts, wider Programme participants, Ofgem, the Independent Programme Assurance (IPA) provider and Code Bodies.

During August, the Programme has engaged with various participants and stakeholders and a Change Request (CR) will be raised to adjust the Programme plan, based on the outcomes of these engagement sessions.

We've shared the timeline for this CR, along with indicative timelines indicating that approval will be at the October Programme Steering Group (PSG) meeting, subject to change based on feedback and process approvals.

Given that milestones and SIT activity will move during the course of this CR, we recognise that other workstream plans and milestones will be impacted, and baseline reporting may not show an accurate status of plans.

Whilst we await the outcome of the CR, the Programme has published this interim Programme PoaP version of the Programme Plan, highlighting current work being undertaken as per the baseline plan. You can view this PoaP below:

MHHS Programme Plan on a Page (PoaP) to end of 2024

Once the outcome of the CR is determined, an updated Programme Plan in Microsoft Project and Excel will be shared, in line with regular Planning updates, further down this page.

MHHS Replan: CR022 Level 1 Milestones approved by Ofgem

At the Programme Steering Group (PSG) meeting on 8 June 2023, Change Request CR022 was fully approved, following Ofgem's approval of Level 1 milestone changes. This marks a significant step forward for the MHHS Programme.

PSG members agreed that version 5.0 of the MHHS Programme Plan would be adopted as the baseline change. As a live document, PSG members were made aware of specific changes to the plan since CR022 was issued for Impact Assessment.

The MHHS Programme Plan (in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel formats), MHHS Milestone Register and MHHS Implementation Approach have been updated in line with the PSG CR022 approved plan. You can view all these documents below, along with the latest Release Note to highlight the changes since the last release.

Programme Planning Advisory Notes

The Programme provide fortnightly releases of the Programme Plan. The first release was published on 21 June 2023 and you can view these latest documents above, in both Microsoft Project (.mpp) and Excel (.xls) formats. These are accompanied with a guide to interpreting the plan in both formats, with tips on how to easily identify changes since the previous plan.

On 5 July 2023 the Programme Plan was updated to reflect the movement of the interfaces code drafting topic area which now aligns with transition text after approval at the Cross-Code Advisory Group (CCAG) on 28 June 2023.

Additionally, there have been minor updates to the Implementation Approach document which are set out in the update sheet with version 3.2.
