Programme Plan Update: 13 November 2024
As per the reporting cadence, v.6.12 of the Programme Plan has been published, and you can view the relevant documents below:

Please refer to column 'M/S Change Status' in the Microsoft Project file to see where new activity has been added, or existing activity has been amended or updated.
Version 6.13 of the documents are expected on Wednesday 27 November 2024.
Programme Plan Update: October 2024
As per the Programme Steering Group's (PSG) recommendation on 18 October 2024, v6.1 is the interim MHHS Programme baseline plan and Programme participants should work towards this while we await an Ofgem decision.
We've returned to the regular cadence of updating the Programme Plan every fortnight. In line with this, the Programme has published v6.11 of the planning materials, which you can view below:

As the Plan is a live document, used daily on the Programme, the Programme has returned to the usual cadence of uplifting the above documents on a fortnightly basis.
Version 6.12 of the documents can be expected on Wednesday 13 November 2024. You can now view these in the section at the top of this page.

October 2024: CR055 Programme Plan (v6.1) Documents
The Programme has uploaded v6.1 of the MHHS Programme Plan (Microsoft Project), Milestone Register, and Outline Plan (Excel) which you can view below:

These documents incorporate participant feedback on v6.0, as well as amendments the Programme agreed at the extraordinary Programme Steering Group (ePSG) on Friday 18 October 2024.
You can view the ePSG slide pack on the Programme Steering Group page of this website and supporting documentation on the CR055 page of this website.
Following PSG's recommendation that Ofgem approve CR055, the Programme baseline dates have been updated and are now in line with the timelines proposed to ePSG.
Programme RAG statuses are being set against the interim baseline dates and will be used for all reporting until Ofgem make its final decision.
Once Ofgem makes its CR055 decision, the Programme team will update the Implementation Approach to align and a further update will be provided on this page.

Baselined MHHS Implementation Timeline
Following Programme Steering Group’s (PSG) approval of Change Request CR022: MHHS Programme Replan on 8 June 2023 and Ofgem’s subsequent decision to approve changes to Level 1 milestones, the Programme has updated the Baselined MHHS Implementation Timeline which you can view below:

This updated timeline replaces the previous timeline dated 18 May 2022, which was issued following approval of Change Request CR009: M3 & M5 milestone date changes.
Ofgem Settlement Reform Programme Plan
Ofgem published its Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement: Decision and Full Business Case paper on 21 April 2021 which included the MHHS Transition Timetable.
The Transition Timetable has since been updated and is now owned by the MHHS Programme.
