Participant Lessons Learned Central Repository
To support consistent, transparent, and actionable learning across the end-to-end participant journey through MHHS, the Programme has published the Participant Lessons Learned Central Repository. The Repository brings together lessons learned from across the workstreams and provides clear, actionable guidance to help participants prepare for key milestones and avoid repeat issues.
The Central Repository is designed to help participants:
- Learn from real examples observed across industry delivery
- Understand what happened, why it matters, and what participants should do next to avoid potential issues
- Spot patterns and emerging themes that may affect readiness
- Access consistent and up‑to‑date information in one location
The information in the Central Repository is regularly updated to reflect emerging themes and new feedback from participants.
The Repository is updated on a rolling basis as new lessons are identified through:
- Workstream reviews
- Testing, integration, and migration activities
- Programme assurance and readiness checkpoints
Participants can access the latest version of the Central Repository below:

Important: This Repository doesn't monitor or manage live issues. Live incidents and operational matters are handled by the appropriate teams and service desks. The Repository communicates common learnings participants have experienced and improvements agreed across the Programme.
Participants are encouraged to share lessons learned to support the wider industry in line with the process below:
