Sprint Execution 

Sprint 2 execution started on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and ran until Tuesday 2 June 2026.

Sprint Retrospective 

A Sprint 2 retrospective is scheduled for the end of Sprint 2 execution phase, on Monday 15 June 2026, to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and agree improvements for future cycles.

• Wednesday 18 March 2026 - Submission deadline: 
  Deadline for all Suppliers to have submitted their schedules (by the end of the day)
• Wednesday 25 March 2026 - Sprint 2 baseline published: 
  • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers
  • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released
• Wednesday 1 April 2026 - Sprint 2 Execution started: 
  • Supplier Migrations began, following Baselined committed schedule
• Tuesday 2 June 2026 – Sprint 2 Execution ended
