Migration Sprint 4

Sprint 4 execution started on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and ran until Tuesday 6 October 2026. 

Sprint Planning 

Sprint 4 Planning opened on Wednesday 15 July 2026 and the Sprint 4 Baselined Schedule is available on Kestrel.

All Suppliers were required to submit their weekly granularity forecast plans by Wednesday 22 July 2026, and active Suppliers were required to submit a Combined Schedule (Committed and Forecast).

Sprint Execution 

Sprint 4 execution started on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and closed on Tuesday 6 October 2026.

The Migration Control Centre (MCC) actively monitored migrations during Sprint execution.  

Information on migration processes was shared via Programme governance.  

Sprint Retrospective 

The Sprint 4 retrospective will be held on Monday 19 October 2026 to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and agree improvements for future cycles.

Key Timelines 

• Wednesday 22 July 2026 - Submission deadline: 
  Deadline for all Suppliers to have submitted their schedules (by the end of the day)
• Wednesday 29 July 2026 - Sprint 4 baseline published: 
  • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers
  • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released
• Wednesday 5 August 2026 - Sprint 4 Execution started: 
  • Supplier Migrations began, following Baselined committed schedule
• Tuesday 6 October 2026 – Sprint 4 Execution ended
