Delivery Assurance

Delivery Assurance now focuses on providing confidence that Programme participants remain on track to meet the MHHS milestones as we progress through Qualification, Migration and prepare for the transition to the new settlement timetable.

With Systems Integration Testing (SIT) complete and Central Systems live, assurance activity is centred on readiness for M14, M15 and M16, ensuring parties can operate within the Target Operating Model and complete migration to the required quality.

The Delivery Assurance process helps to proactively identify risks or challenges early, validate key assumptions, and take remedial action where required. It works alongside party readiness assessments, programme governance and RAID management to maintain a clear view of progress and dependencies across all participant groups.
