M10/M11 Cutover Plan
The M10/M11 Cutover Plan set out the activities that MHHS participants were required to carry out in the lead up to Milestone 10 (M10), at M10, and between M10 and M11 to enable the Programme to successfully reach both milestones.
It outlined:
- What these activities were
- When they were expected to take place
- Who the responsible parties were
- The declaration requirements that participants were expected to follow
- Key dependencies that could have impacted particular activities
All content relating to the Cutover Plan has been delivered.

M10/M11 Communications Approach
The Programme published the M10/M11 Communications Approach, which provided a full view of the planned communications and reporting requirements throughout the cutover period. This approach ensured that all industry participants were aligned and informed at each stage.
