Your Journey to Go-Live

Welcome to your central reference point for your MHHS journey. We’ve created the Migration Pathway tables to help Programme participants clearly understand the end-to-end (E2E) MHHS journey. It brings together the key steps required across the Programme, and shows what activities need to be completed, when they need to happen, where you can find the supporting information to help you complete them and who to contact if you need additional support

Understanding your Journey

The Migration Pathway tables below provide a structured overview of the E2E journey, through Qualification, Service Activation and Migration readiness.

It includes:

  • Role-Specific Activities: Required tasks tailored to Non-Systems Integration Testing (SIT) Suppliers, Meter Operator Agent (MOA) / Meter Equipment Manager (MEM) and Data Service activities that participants must complete as part of the E2E journey, depending on your market role.
  • Timing and sequencing, indicating when actions should be completed within your Migration Pathway to stay on track.
  • Signposts to supporting information and artefacts, such as documentation, templates, or process guidance that will help you complete these activities.

We've made some changes

To support you, we have introduced this consolidated view and signposting, alongside the helpful links below, which means that the Participant Checklist is no longer required.

Important information requests, including Programme Participant Information Requests (PPIRs), will continue to be communicated through established Programme channels such as email, bilaterals and webinars. You will also continue to have opportunities to engage with Programme contacts and via relevant governance forums.

To view the current, open Programme requests, please visit the Current PPIRs and Readiness Assessment 7 pages of this website.

Details of upcoming events, including Qualification and Migration governance meetings and MHHS Webinars and Open Days, are available via the links above.
