Migration Sprint 2

Sprint 2 execution started on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and runs until Tuesday 2 June 2026. 

Sprint Planning 

Sprint 2 Planning is now closed.

Sprint 2 Planning opened on Wednesday 11 March 2026.

All Suppliers were required to submit their weekly granularity forecast plans by Wednesday 18 March 2026.

The Sprint 2 Baselined Schedule was published via Kestrel on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

Sprint Execution 

Sprint 2 execution started on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and runs until Tuesday 2 June 2026.

The Migration Control Centre (MCC) will actively monitor migrations during sprint execution. 

Information on migration process will be shared via Programme governance. 

There is a Microsoft Teams channel to provide updates to Central Parties and active Suppliers. If you think you need access to this, please email Migration@mhhsprogramme.co.uk 

Sprint Retrospective 

A Sprint 2 retrospective was held at the end of the Sprint 2 execution phase, on 13 April 2026, to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and agree improvements for future cycles.

Key Timelines 

• Wednesday 18 March 2026 - Submission deadline: 
  Deadline for all Suppliers to submit their schedules (by the end of the day)
• Wednesday 25 March 2026 - Sprint 2 baseline published:  
  • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers 
  • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released 
• Wednesday 1 April 2026 - Sprint 2 Execution started:  
  • Supplier Migrations began, following Baselined committed schedule 
• Tuesday 2 June 2026 – Sprint 1 Execution ends
