Sprint 1 planning is now closed.

Sprint 1 execution began on Wednesday 4 February 2026 and will finish on Tuesday 31 March 2026.

Sprint Planning 

Migration Sprint 1 Planning ran from Wednesday 7 January to Wednesday 21 January 2026.

All Suppliers were required to submit their weekly granularity forecast plans by Wednesday 21 January 2026, and Sprint 0 and Sprint 1 Suppliers were required to submit a Combined Schedule (Committed and Forecast)​​.

Sprint Execution 

Sprint 1 execution started on Wednesday 4 February 2026 and runs until Tuesday 31 March 2026.

The Migration Control Centre (MCC) will actively monitor migrations during sprint execution. 

Information on migration process will be shared via Programme governance. 

There is a Microsoft Teams channel to provide updates to Central Parties and active Suppliers. If you think you need access to this, please email Migration@mhhsprogramme.co.uk

Sprint Retrospective 

A Sprint 1 retrospective will be held at the end of the Sprint 1 execution phase to reflect on the closed Sprint, celebrate successes, capture lessons, and agree improvements for future cycles.

Key Timelines 

  • Wednesday 21 January 2026 - Submission deadline:  Deadline for all Suppliersto submit their schedules
  • Wednesday 28 January 2026 - Sprint 1 baseline published:  
    • Baselined - Committed and forecast schedule released to Suppliers 
    • Baselined - Aggregate schedules released 
  • Wednesday 4 February 2026 - Sprint 1 Execution started:  
    • Supplier Migrations began, following Baselined committed schedule 
  • Tuesday 31 March 2026 – Sprint 1 Execution ends
