New Market Entrants - Enduring Arrangements

Effective from Tuesday 9 December 2025, the Transitional Arrangements (i.e. MHHS Programme Qualification Waves) were closed for any additional market entrants.

This is because the dates for MHHS Qualification Wave 4 entry have now passed.

Please note that new entrants that have already started a Pre-Qualification Submission (PQS) can continue with their MHHS Qualification application under the Transitional Arrangements.
