SIT Overarching Exit Reports


As the Systems Integration Testing phase of the MHHS Programme draws to a close, the Programme is preparing Exit Reports for each test phase.

The Exit Reports serve as a formal checkpoint to ensure that all participants are aligned on achievements, outstanding issues, and the readiness to confidently move into the next phase of the MHHS journey.

SIT Operational Overarching Exit Report

On Tuesday 5 August 2025, the MHHS Programme issued the SIT Operational Systems integrator (SI) Overarching Exit Report.

Thank you to all participants who submitted comments as part of the recent review. The review period closed on Tuesday 12 August 2025.  

The purpose of this industry review was to provide participants insight into the report. This is a key document that was recommended by the Systems Integration Testing Working Group (SITWG) and was approved at the Extraordinary Systems Integration Testing Advisory Group (eSITAG) on Friday 15 August 2025, to pass a Tier 2 Milestone. This marks closure of the Operational Testing stage of the MHHS Programme.

SIT Functional & Migration Overarching Exit Report Post-Regression 

On Monday 11 August 2025, the MHHS Programme issued the SIT Functional & Migration Systems Integrator (SI) Overarching Exit Report Post-Regression which is available to view below. 

The Cycle 3 version of this report was reviewed by industry, and this final version was an update to include the outcomes from SIT-A Settlement and Regression testing. 

This is a key document that was recommended by the Systems Integration Testing Working Group (SITWG) and was approved at the Extraordinary Systems Integration Testing Advisory Group (eSITAG) on Friday 15 August 2025, to pass a Tier 2 Milestone. This marks closure of the Functional and Migration Testing stage of the MHHS Programme.

SIT Non-Functional Overarching Exit Report

On Friday 18 July 2025, the MHHS Programme issued the SIT Non-Functional Systems integrator (SI) Overarching Exit Report for industry review, and is available to view below. 

Thank you to all participants who submitted comments as part of this review. The review period is now closed.  

The purpose of this industry review was to provide participants insight into the report. This is a key document that was recommended by the Systems Integration Testing Working Group (SITWG) and was approved by the Systems Integration Testing Advisory Group (SITAG) on Wednesday 6 August 2025, to pass a Tier 1 Milestone. This marks closure of the Non-Functional Testing stage of the MHHS Programme.
