Readiness Assessment 7 (RA7) Update and Follow Up: 10 April 2026

Thank you for responding to Readiness Assessment 7 (RA7) which is now closed.

The Programme analysed all the responses and presented the findings at the Programme Steering Group (PSG) on 1 April 2026, which you can view at the link below:

Readiness Assessment 7 Findings

The evidence received was really positive, demonstrating that resourcing models are aligned to forecast volumes and complexity based on experience to date, and that Central Parties and Central Capability Providers are ready to support Qualification to M14 and live operation through Migration.

The key risk identified across most respondents is that participant behaviour in live operation may differ from assumptions, resulting in higher volumes or more complex issues than forecast and therefore resourcing may be at risk.

Whilst flexible resourcing models were reported across RA7 respondents, the Programme are seeking further clarity from all RA7 respondents to provide further confidence that these can and will be appropriately actioned.

On Friday 10 April 2026, we emailed all RA7 respondents some follow-up questions. This follow-up submission window has now closed.

The Programme will analyse these responses and provide an update at the next PSG meeting on Wednesday 6 May 2026.

If you have any questions on the Readiness Assessment please email PPC@mhhsprogramme.co.uk

For reference, the objectives, scope, approach and timings for RA7 were set out in the guidance pack, which you can access below, alongside the guidance that was issued as part of the End-to-End (E2E) Participant Journey, Migration Pathways & Industry Standing Data (ISD) Publish Programme Participant Information Request (PPIR):

RA7 asked participants to provide evidence and confirm that they could deliver to the updated Migration Pathways volumes and profiling derived from the PPIR. We provided a view of this profiling in the image below.
