Migration Sprint Reviews
To understand migration progress and key learnings, there are two review points for each Sprint:
- Mid-Sprint Reviews which happen towards the middle of the Sprint and reviews progress of the Sprint so far, successes, common trends and issues, performance, and external dependencies
- Sprint Retrospectives which happen at the end of the Sprint execution phase. This reflects on the closed Sprint, celebrates successes, captures lessons, and agrees improvements for future cycles
The audience for both sessions is active Suppliers, Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) and Central Parties but material and key learnings will be shared via the Migration Working Group (MWG).
