SITB Onboarding Steps

Please see the Systems Integration Testing (SIT) B onboarding steps and guidance available for participants to start onboarding into the SITB environment.

We have considered queries we have received so far, and have incorporated these into the guidance.

We assume that most participants will choose to re-use the same certificates that was in use in SITA. These steps are for those participants who intend to re-use SIT A certificates.

Step: DIP environment available

Step: Generate new API Keys

Step: Webhook Set Up via the Portal or API

Step: Generate Commence Smoke Testing

  • Ownership: Programme participants
  • Timeline: Once Webhook set up is complete
  • Resources available: Systems Integrator (SI) to provide test cases to execute – this is dependent upon Data preparation being completed as per the SI Data plan

For those who wish to set up an additional domain, please follow the guidance specifically around contacting the Service Desk at support@Energydataintegrationplatform.co.uk, copying in the Data Integration Platform (DIP) mailbox at DIP@mhhsprogramme.co.uk

As a reminder from the previous notes and discussions:

  1. Release: SITB has been deployed with the Interim Release 5.5, currently in SIT. This is targeted to be uplifted to Interim Release 7.3 in line with the uplift to the SITA environment
  2. SIT B Portal: this is now available for API Key generation and Webhook Registration
  3. Data: there is no Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) data loaded in SITB, hence, messaging will be disabled pending guidance from the SIT team on data load and approach to any smoke testing for Market Participant Organisations (MPOs)
  4. Certificate functionality is disabled in SITB as all these steps need to be undertaken in SITA

What if I need more help?

The DIP email address is available for participants to raise any queries for the DIP team to resolve. You can contact the team at DIP@mhhsprogramme.co.uk

All on-boarding and smoke testing defects will be managed via the Programme ADO.
