Suppliers are expected to resolve all outstanding exceptions by Friday 18 July 2025

The Programme has provided a template for Suppliers to complete on a monthly basis, documenting the number of resolved and unresolved exceptions, as well as an FAQ document covering both exception resolution activities. You can view these documents below::

The minimum expectation is that all exceptions raised by LDSOs have been reviewed by Suppliers, and where the Supplier can resolve the issue, they have done so or have set out a clear plan to do so.

If resolution is not possible, Suppliers are expected to provide an explanation for why they have not been able to resolve the exceptions raised to them.
