Data Cleanse Plan
The purpose of the Data Cleanse Plan is to set out the data improvement activities that Programme participants need to undertake, to ensure that data is of the required quality and completeness before the cutover to the new arrangements at M10 and the start of migration at M11.
The MHHS Data Cleanse Plan was baselined at the Migration & Cutover Advisory Group (MCAG) meeting on Tuesday 22 July 2025.

The Data Cleanse Working Group (DCWG) oversee the data improvement activities set out within the Data Cleanse Plan.
Market Segment Reporting Template
The Programme has provided a template for Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) to report the number of issues following the population of Market Segment.
LDSOs are required to share an initial report with the Programme by Friday 12 September 2025, with at least 95% of their portfolio populated.
A final report must be shared on Wednesday 24 September 2025, once 100% of the portfolio has been populated.
