Data Cleanse Plan
The purpose of the Data Cleanse Plan is to set out the data improvement activities that Programme participants need to undertake, to ensure that data is of the required quality and completeness before the cutover to the new arrangements at M10 and the start of migration at M11.

Updates to the previous v2.1 of the Data Cleanse Plan, which was approved on 4 June 2024, were required to adjust the timings of some of the activities based on testing carried out by participants and the Programme.
The Data Cleanse Working Group (DCWG) oversee the data improvement activities set out within the Data Cleanse Plan.
Upcoming Activities
To support participants with their Data Cleanse activities, the Transition & Operational Readiness team have provided a view below of the key Data Cleanse activities that Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) and Suppliers need to action from October-December 2024.

Data Cleanse Plan: Appendix 1
The Data Cleanse Plan: Appendix 1 sets out the dates on which each LDSO is expected to carry out the Full Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) Refresh as detailed within the Data Cleanse Plan. You can view the Appendix below:
