Early Life Support Model 

On Friday 21 February 2025, the MHHS Programme published the MHHS Early Life Support Model (ELSM) for industry consultation.

This consultation is now closed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.

The Early Life Support Period focuses on the early months of the MHHS migration period, where the Programme will monitor the performance of the new systems and processes, in conjunction with Code Bodies and Central Service Providers. 

The ELSM sets out:

  •  The enhanced support that is expected to be in place during the Early Life Support Period 
  • The governance approach for the Early Life Support Period and roles & responsibilities 
  • Early Life Support operating phases and Early Life Support exit criteria 
  • The key Early Life risk areas, monitoring and performance measures 
  • Risks, assumptions and dependencies

Elexon Performance Assurance Monitoring during MHHS Migration

The Programme will review and respond to all comments and facilitate an Assurance Meeting on Thursday 3 April 2025. Following feedback, the updated document will be tabled for approval at the Migration & Cutover and Advisory Group (MCAG) meeting on Tuesday 29 April 2025.
