The Migration Planning and Management Tool (MPMT), also known as Kestrel, is built around a role-based framework to support the planning, management, and reporting of MHHS migration data. The tool ensures that all market participants can access the planning functionality and insights they need whilst safeguarding commercially sensitive information.

Schedule of Planned Kestrel Deployment Outages
The Kestrel team have several deployment outages planned in the coming months. To provide early visibility to participants, we've provided a list below of the days on which the team plan to deploy additional features to Kestrel. On these dates, participants will not be able to log into Kestrel for the whole day. Functionality will resume as normal the following Monday (if not a Bank Holiday).
- Friday 15 August - Dress Rehearsal 2 maintenance deployment
- Friday 22 August - Dress Rehearsal 2 maintenance deployment
- Friday 29 August - Dress Rehearsal 2 maintenance deployment
Details of the features being deployed on each of these dates will gradually be incorporated into the schedule above.
