◆ Published: 22/09/2025
Monday 22 September 2025: Following the cutover of Central Services and Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs) to the MHHS arrangements in line with the M10 Cutover Plan, the Programme has monitored Day 1 operations and observed a successful transition of messages across the Data Integration Platform (DIP). This includes the publication and receipt of IF-047s by Programme participants, the creation of new connections by LDSOs, and the sending of IF-050s to the Electricity Enquiry Service (EES).
Next steps and governance choreography
The Programme will now move through the planned M10 governance choreography:
- Tuesday 23 September 2025: Transition and Operational Readiness Working Group (TORWG) to recommend to the Programme Steering Group (PSG) that M10 activities have been completed.
- Wednesday 24 September 2025: Extraordinary PSG (ePSG) meeting at 14:00-15:00 for M10 and M13 ratification. Following ratification, the Programme will issue an official update to all industry participants.
We're also pleased to confirm that Milestone 8 (M8) the delivery of Code changes has been published by the Balancing & Settlement Company (BSC), Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo), and the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA).
Visit the M10 Programme Updates page of this website for further information about what's happening next, what this means for operations between M10 and M11 and more details on M8 delivery.
