All participants in Pathway 2 have been Qualified!   

We're excited to announce that all participants in Pathway 2 have been Qualified by the Balancing & Settlement Code (BSC) Performance Assurance Board (PAB) and Retail Energy Code (REC) Code Manager. 
 
This represents a significant achievement for these participants and another step forward in our journey towards Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS). The Code Bodies and Programme would like to thank these participants for their hard work and commitment to-date, without which reaching this Programme milestone would not have been possible. 
 
You can view the Elexon Qualified Persons Workbook, and the REC Party Register to see which organisations have successfully Qualified in the new MHHS arrangements. Please note that the Elexon Qualified Persons Workbook is maintained as a live document, whereas the REC Party Register is updated and published on a weekly basis.
