Programme enters cutover to Milestone 10 (M10) with approval at Extraordinary Programme Steering Group (ePSG)

◆ Published: 19/09/2025

At the Extraordinary Programme Steering Group (ePSG) meeting on Friday 19 September 2025, the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) approved Tier 3 Milestone 0035: PSG to approve that the Programme can enter M10. This confirmation means that the M10 Cutover weekend will proceed as scheduled.

M10 is a Tier 1 Milestone – Central systems ready for migrating Meter Point Administration Numbers (MPANs) – and this approval represents a significant step towards achieving this critical milestone on the path to Go-Live.

To keep Programme participants informed, the Programme will provide further updates on cutover progress as follows:

  • Sunday 21 September 2025 – update on the progress of M10 Cutover activities across the weekend
  • Monday 22 September 2025 – update on the monitoring of operations during the initial post-cutover phase, including key Programme observations

As a reminder, formal M10 and M13 ratification will take place at an Extraordinary PSG meeting at 14:00–15:00 on Wednesday 24 September 2025. Following this, the Programme will issue an official update to all industry participants.
